The deadline for dual enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year has passed.
Dual Enrollment students earn both high school credit and college credit for college courses completed. Academic and CTAE pathway courses are available through Dual Enrollment - to include Aircraft Assembly, Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, Early Childhood, Precision Machining & Manufacturing, and Welding. Dual Enrollment opportunities are available at several post-secondary institutions. Accelerated Career Diploma programs are also available to eligible students. FOR CURRENT ECHS STUDENTS
Transcripts are free for current students. All transcript forms should be submitted to Mrs. Smith in the counselor's office. You can pick up a transcript request form in the counselors' office, or you can download it here: Transcript Request Form
NOTE: 6 months after a student has graduated, transcripts are sent to the Effingham County Board of Education. (see information to the right entitled "HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS")
High School Transcript Requests
This form is for prior students only. Students who are currently attending an ECSD school or have graduated within the last 6 months of the current calendar year cannot receive transcripts through this form. They will need to contact their schools directly.
A $6.00 per transcript processing fee applies to students who have graduated or have been out of school more than six months. Payment must be received before transcripts will be processed. All records/transcripts requests will be processed in 7-10 business days. You may pay online at at My School Bucks with Visa, MasterCard, and Discover or you may mail a check or money order to:
