Seniors can take photos at ECHS on the given dates below but also have the option to take them at the Port Wentworth studio. To schedule at the Port Wentworth studio call Leonards at 800-215-4852.

*STEM Cap and Gown Photos will be taken at ECCA at a date TBD

Cap and Gown Photos
Cap and Gown photos for the class of 2027 will be taken at ECHS on Tuesday, March 23, 2027. Students must sign up with Mrs. Aiken in room 912 or by email at taiken@effingham.k12.ga.us. Sign ups will begin at the beginning of March 2027. Forms will be given out at school and will be available in the front office. You must pre-pay for cap and gown photos. Cap and gown will be provided for the photos. ECHS students who attend STEM must schedule with the contact person at STEM and will take their photos at STEM. Order forms will be available at a later date.
Senior Photos
Senior photos at the school will be July 8-10, 2026 for students in the class of 2027. Please contact Leonards to schedule your appointment; scheduling opens May 1.
Students can also call Leonards at 800-215-4852 to schedule an appointment with senior photos at their Port Wentworth studio.
The last opportunity for seniors to take formal and casual photos will be Friday, August 21 at ECHS. Students must sign up with Mrs. Aiken in room 912 or email her at taiken@effingham.k12.ga.us. This is the last date to have casual photos taken for the yearbook.
Any students who have not had any senior photos taken prviously will be able to have their formal photos taken at school on October 1 immediately following the senior class group photo. These will be set up with Mrs. Aiken. Casual photos will not be taken on this date.
